As the face of Ragland Homes, you will manage the sales process from initial inquiry to contract, while also hitting the road to build vital relationships with our network of realtors, lenders, and vendors.

- Lead Management: Utilize CRM/lead tracking software to meticulously manage prospects and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct professional meetings and consultations via phone and in-person to understand client needs and guide them through the Ragland Homes process from inquiry to close-out.
- Community Outreach: Travel within the Summerville area to visit realtor offices, lenders, and vendors to keep Ragland Homes top-of-mind.
- Scheduling Proficiency: Manage a complex calendar to meet client needs while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Expertise: Confidently discuss residential construction terminology and processes with clients and partners.
- Events & Networking: Assist in the planning and execution of sales events to drive community engagement and lead generation.

Your Competitive Edge (Requirements)

- Experience: Previous experience in residential new construction is highly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with residential construction terminology and the home-building lifecycle.
- Licensing: An active South Carolina Real Estate License is preferred. If not currently licensed, you must have the ability and drive to complete the licensing program within your first 90 days of employment.
- Sales Background: Proven track record in sales and/or event management.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and digital scheduling tools.
- Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent travel to outside sales tasks.
