Ragland Homes is a family-owned and operated construction company that has deep and strong roots in the Charleston community. Owner Bryan Ragland and his business partner Brad Middleton, who is the director of sales and marketing, are both native to the area.

Bryan Ragland
Bryan grew up in Goose Creek, where his father was a lumber salesman. He started sweeping houses as a boy, and has been around construction his entire life. Throughout school, he wore many hats and performed in different capacities in the home building industry.
After graduation, he worked for a local builder, gaining experience and fine-tuning his construction skills for a decade. In 2018, he got his license and began the next phase of his career, building Ragland Homes. Bryan lives in the Charleston area with his wife and three wonderful children.

Brad Middleton
Brad is also a native Southerner, born and raised in Mount Pleasant. He graduated from the College of Charleston and started his career as a director of sales and marketing for a local company. Brad has more than 25 years of experience in the sales and marketing industry.
Having his real estate license has allowed him to see the excitement in a new homeowner’s face as they take the keys to their dream home. Brad has been recognized as a realtor of distinction and in the top 5% of all realtors through the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, which he feels is an amazing honor.

Mikey Ragland
Mikey Ragland, Bryan’s brother and fellow Goose Creek native, forged his path in construction after initially exploring other avenues. His journey began at 84 Lumber, where his first construction job ignited his passion for the trade. With Bryan's mentorship, he further sharpened his craft by joining forces with a local home builder, dedicating himself to learning and improving his skills over 4-5 years.
In 2021, Mikey seized the opportunity to contribute to Bryan's vision of establishing a locally owned and family-operated construction company. With his expertise and commitment, he plays an integral role in the company's growth and success.
Outside of work, Mikey resides in the Charleston area with his wife and daughter, embracing the vibrant community and coastal lifestyle.
Bryan and Brad paired up to bring their expertise, skills, and desire to take custom home building to a whole new level. They maintain a high standard of excellence for every project that they take on. Above all, they believe in honesty, integrity, and transparency in dealing with the people who put their trust in them to build something amazing.
