Understanding the construction process is a great benefit to our clients. During this meeting we want to walk you through the construction process and a project timeline to meet construction milestones talking specifics to your property and blueprints.
Financing often starts before your initial consultation with our team and sometimes takes a bit of time to complete depending on your lender. As you wait for your loan to close our team starts working on items that allow us to apply for your permit in a timely manner so that we can hit the ground running when your financing is completed.
Our team will take care of all the details and submissions during the permitting process. We'll work with local municipalities, Architectural Review Boards, surveyors, and engineers just to name a few.
With your loan closed and permits in hand the construction phase officially begins and your dream home starts to become a reality. Expect a number of on site owner meetings to go over details in real time during this phase of the process.
We will notify your lender that construction has almost been completed. Our team will schedule a blue-tape walk and orientation of your new home that explains how to operate any appliances or systems installed. Once those boxes are check the keys are yours!
