Bryan Ragland
President, Certified Master Builder
Bryan grew up in the Lowcountry with a hands‑on passion for construction — from sweeping job sites as a kid to managing full projects. He spent over a decade honing his skills before founding Ragland Homes in 2018.
Today, as a Certified Master Builder, Bryan oversees both sales and construction operations, and ensures each home reflects exceptional craftsmanship and financial precision from start up to close out.
Brad Middleton
Director of Business Development
A Lowcountry native Brad brings 25+ years of sales experience to the team. Brad directs our sales team and manages the client build process from initial ideas through selections. Brad’s personal mission is to see the joy on homeowners’ faces when they get the keys to their new home.
As Broker-in-Charge at Realty Solutions Group, he oversees the real estate team that supports Ragland Homes clients and spec homes.

Mentored by his brother Bryan and refined through years building homes, Mike now leads all field operations at Ragland Homes. His deep familiarity with trades, project schedules, and on-site coordination allows him to ensure each build stays on track and performs at the highest standard.
Shayne Burgan
Project Manager
Shayne is a project manager experienced in coordinating home builds from scheduling through completion, ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and meet high quality standards. He brings a strong background in team leadership, subcontractor coordination, and client communication, supported by prior experience in construction, law enforcement, and military service.
