CONSULTATION
During your custom home build consultation we will discuss your needs and goals of your project. This is also the time we will talk about your land, financing and timing of the build.
PLANS + FINISHES
During this step our team can assist you in selecting a floorplan to best suit your overall house goals. We will also work with you to select your home finishes like cabinets, countertops, flooring options and paint colors. This is the part of the process where your custom home really starts coming together and feeling like it’s made just for you (because it is!). Our team makes this process easy to navigate and can work with you to go as custom as you would like or help you keep things to a more basic level.
PRECONSTRUCTION
During this meeting we will walk you through the construction process and a overall project timeline of construction milestones talking specifically about your property and blueprints.
FINANCING
Financing often starts before your initial consultation with our team and sometimes takes a bit of time to complete depending on your lender. As you wait for your loan to close our team starts working on items that allow us to apply for your permit in a timely manner so that we can hit the ground running when your financing is completed.
PERMITTING
Our team will take care of all the details and submissions during the permitting process. We’ll work with local municipalities, architectural review boards, surveyors, and engineers, just to name a few.
CONSTRUCTION
With your loan closed and permits in hand the construction phase officially begins and your dream home starts to become a reality. Expect a number of on site owner meetings to go over details in real time during this phase of the process.
OWNER TURNOVER
We will notify your lender that construction has almost been completed. Our team will schedule a blue-tape walk and orientation of your new home that explains how to operate any appliances or systems installed. Once those boxes are checked the keys are yours!
WARRANTY
We are still here to help after you move in to your custom home. Plus we provide a new home warranty that is unmatched in the new construction industry
